Still on the list at my Main Dealer at MSRP so debating if I want to pay $25K ADM for a car that isn't my dream spec...

Checking in on the current ADM in the US for changeable allocations. Just offered ADM of $25,000 from dealer from whom I bought late production 996 GT3 (at several thousand dollar discount) and early 981 GT4 (at MSRP). When I put down an early deposit on the 981 GT4 I also out one on a GT4 RS (just €1,000 for each). Offered early 4RS at ADMs of €100,000 (several times) and then a few months ago $50,000 and now $25,000.
Clearly market is cooling but I am now a bit tempted. Dealer used to be MSRP full stop, but has been charging ADMs along with other dealers in the NE region now.

Seems like ADMs on the 4RS are falling. Nothing to suggest that wont continue. It seems like getting something in the 0-10k ADM range is possible with some legwork but who knows.

No one has been posting MSRP with some “leg work” — unless you have an extensive dealer relationship.

Not really falling, anyone who posts they are and isn't taking it then gets asked what dealer and when someone else calls them they get told 50-75k over. I guarantee anyone who posts a dealer offering one for 25k over on here will get 5+ PM's asking to let them know the sales associate.

Ah yes, speculation that goes against every data point in this thread and real life.

No "first time buyer" calling random dealers is getting a car in the 0-10k ADM range.

Maybe even below MSRP if you continue to wait long enough When word get's out that it's a terrible car, prices will drop like flies.

What gave it away? Was it the "who knows" at the end? Of course 0-10k ADM is speculation. What's not speculation is the fact that ADMs on the 4RS have been dropping. I was offered a 4RS slot at 150k over when they first dropped. Same dealer called a month ago and offered 75k over. Combine that data with the prices for new/barely used cars (for example the PTS example with 20 miles on it that was listed at Merit Partners for ~70k over MSRP) and speculation starts to resemble reality.

The only time I have known a GT4RS going for 10k-20k ADM in 2023 was for an extremely unique occasion and it was from, formerly Circle Porsche in Greater LA area. The owner had a very good reason how he managed to do it. Only those owners with very unique connections will get any of the RSs at that low of a price.

There is no way that will happen for most people, especially on the West Coast where demand far outstrips supply, it is literally Economics 101. ADM has gone down since its 100k average before but it is still high at 50k+.

Hell, even Supremepower in OC jacked up their only E88 (or RT88) set of BBS wheels above 10k because they are the only one in the area to have it on hand atm.
