Initially specced mags, but was talked out of it by my SA and service guy, as I plan to track the car.

Planning on some 19”s and a bar/harness with the savings.

Mags are nice, but I actually find the regular wheels visually more interesting.

Car will have more grip, brake better, and be faster on track.
If I track mine, which is looking likely at this point, I'll take mine off and do the same, then put back on when I'm finished tracking and turn it into a street car.

My point is Cayman budgets are smaller than 911 budgets and I get that....this is why Mag wheel cars are going to be the minority and the unicorns 30 years from now. I'd like to see the take on Mag wheels. Just guessing it's 20% ish.

In the end, any 4RS is a good 4RS not matter how you spec it.

I went back and forth on the mags but ultimately decided to spec them for a few reasons. I much prefer the design, the "white gold" finish is exclusive to the mags (and mags are exclusive to RS') and most importantly, the additional 20 pounds of unspring mass is significant (60 pounds total in combination with PCCB) which lets the suspension do its job better.

I did not get them myself but I've checked and there are aftermarket options available already that offer the same weight (about the same price) but slightly different front wheels allowing to mount 255 tire. That would give you 2 sets for the same price.

Seeing all the deliveries with WP and Mag wheels I feel like a non-WP standard wheel car is going to be the unicorn...

The real unicorn is the non-WP with Mag wheels from Suncoast. Perfection.

The white gold is amazing. Wish this color was on the standard wheels.

Touche, for sure. Its going to be fun to see the final results. Will there be more Mag wheels cars then NON WP cars? If my guess of 20% take rate is right for MAG wheels I bet you are right.

On thing I believe in and from personal experience, just because something is a unicorn doesn't mean people want it.

Unicorns people don't want, Any 1 of 1 spec car Michael *** owns. My old Mosler Counselier GTP. Yes I owned a Mosler Counslier GTP street car I fully restored to be the fastest Counslier on the road. Problem with that car was you couldn't get a tire under it.and it was fugly. Despite me trying to love it, it's looks, getting stopped by every police officer and the long fuel refill conversations was not something I could take anymore.

[QUOTE=electron mike;19201439]Same boat for me, still looking. I'm hoping to score an allocation for 20-25k over sticker, hopefully they still make them in 2025 MY for USA and I can snag one. Good luck, I think there are many of us that really want the car to keep that don't have one yet.[/QUOTE

Keep looking there out there . I know of 2 cars that were ”used “ under 100 miles that sold last week with 20-25 ADM one was a Canadian car the other I bought. I called a lot of dealers seems there a lot out there at +50 adm , lowest I found was + 40 adm for an allocation.
