I don’t understand what you mean. Can you clarify?

The door pull loops are offered in Guards Red which would match the Guards Red Extended Deviated Stitching.

There are two ways to match the seats to the Guards Red elements mentioned above without needing CXX:
1) Choose 18-way seats
2) Choose 3D printed seats and choose Guards Red for seat center color

I thought the door pull optional color is a CXX option…

CXX would be in addition to the 5 available normal factor options Black, Lizard Green, Speed Blue, Guards Red, and Racing Yellow.

Unlss you want genuine Porsche parts, there are some well laid out how-to vids on changing out the door pools & seat belt color.

https://rennlist.com/forums/718-gts-...or-change.html

I have exactly what I want my in curent Syder, but if i need to change on the SRS in the future, something to consider. I have no idea how these DIYs will impact the value of the car though... Definitely a worth while DIY in case you want to swap yours out for the same color when they become dirty. I just don't see how the can be cleaned unless you first remove and wash. But by that point, mine as well install some new ones.

As someone who’s been casting about the resale market…any mods will drive off some buyers. Once they know you’re a tinkerer…what else might you have done? And how good are you at doing it, and how good are the after market parts you used?

Sad but true. However I do find it odd how certain shops/tuners like Singer can demand so much money and these same people gobble it up.

I see these Resto mod cars as being completely different, you are buying it as a specialty car, you are buying it because it is unique.

Selling a factory-built car with mods added after the fact is another story, especially when you consider you are competing with stock examples right there available...

Agreed. Apart from PPF I prefer to spec the car as I want it and leave it at that. Mind you, I am tempted in this instance to get some carbon NACA ducts for the bonnet (hood). Those plastic ones look cheap and nasty on a Weissach bonnet.

yep.

I’d like to mostly keep my SRS mostly stock. However, addling CF NACA ducts and CF front fender air vanes, are a must for me as porsche didn’t give us an CF option for those along with the other weissach CF bits.

Removed my seat recliner and clear side markers today. PG baby goes away soon. Therapy may be required soon after.

Same here. And as long as I keep the original parts, should be fine. I seriosly doubt that I'd sell this car, but if I do, swap back should be very simple, and I can resell the CFparts separate. Absolutely doing his as well. These bits should all match.

What are folks thoughts on the windshield frame in matte black?

I am partial to it - but can also just wrap later and have both options this way? (If I want to change back)
