The factory lugs actually have a 19mm head, which just happens to be ¾". A 17mm lug would not be a factory part.
The lugs on my '23 GT4 are also 17mm.

How much?

Either way, thanks for clarifying this for me.
Thanks!

Well, you both just taught me something I didn't know. Digging into this I found the following saying 718s produced after November 2022 come with 17mm lug bolts. I was surprised! Sorry about the misleading info. All the Porsche lug bolts I've had since 2006 have used 19mm heads. I guess the spacer people don't know about this either.

Here is the TSB about that change (an excerpt of this PDF https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...31351-0001.pdf)

Thanks for finding this! I was expecting 19mm bolts as well. In fact, while waiting for my car to be delivered, a 19mm protective socket was one of the items I bought in expectation of needing it when changing wheels out for winter. I was surprised when I found that the ones on my car were 17mm.

Yes, thanks @StormRune for chasing this down! I kind of wonder why they changed it. Lighter weight? Lol

Now I have to find a set of extended lug bolts that can accommodate 17mm socket in black. Or I guess I could go the other way and get 19mm in standard length for the rear instead. If anybody has any leads on where to get these, please let me know. I’d prefer ones with the floating collar as well.

Thanks!

The TSB says "key width" are they referring to the locking key here?

What price we talking here? Been thinking of another wheel set as well

I paid $7k CDN (they gave me $400 off and threw in the caps)….. $1750 per wheel is a pretty good deal I think. Talk to your local parts department

taking things apart.

I ordered mine as well. Hopefully they arrive just as quickly as yours. Apparently they were down to one passenger side assembly remaining in Germany at my time of order… so they don’t have much stock, either.

Now I need to order the Exclusiv Option bits to take the door apart just once and slap this stuff in to finish off the interior.

Post pics once yours are in!
Installed the driver's side this afternoon.

You can see the passenger side difference with the Amazon strap.

Happy to see my door insulation is standing up. This has made a huge difference with the Burmester system, made the sound less bright, and eliminated door rattles when the system is turned up. I copied Musicar's template.

That's about the price of just the wheels from Suncoast.

Sorry, but if I'm buying another set of OEM wheels that are only going to see street driving... I'd 100% buy knockoffs on FleaBay - they run $2200 for all 4.

That may work fine. I have seen those and been tempted. I don't know the quality but probably make great winter wheels.

I'm more interested in a set of APEX like yours than anything else, those are FIRE!!!
I just don't know what color to get... I have Aurums, and Im not sure the Bronze or the Motorsport Gold would be much of a change for my liking. Might just buy the Silvers, rock them for a little then get them coated in Indigo Blue.

I saw those, the design is more like a GT3 wheel that has been adapted for 5 bolt. By the time you add the tires, tpms, caps, mount and balance I'd maybe be ahead $500 and out a bunch of time and still have knock off wheels. Rim only, maybe (for me). If I was going the knock off route, I'd likely have not gone for a pure imitation but something else. I really love the OEM wheel, very hard to beat.

I didn't take the effort to fit the proper tires into the overall cost, so you're spot on with choosing OEM replacements.
I also love the OEM's a lot.
