Looking forward to seeing pictures on the car. Really tempting given the price for sure! Good/cheaper alternative to BBS.
Thanks! Hope to have them installed over the next couple weeks. I'll definitely be posting pictures once they are on the car. Significantly cheaper than BBS and offer more caliper clearance for those of us running PCCBs. Frankly the lack of caliper clearance on the BBS wheels scared me away from them. Apex has a strong presence here, they look great, and are priced reasonably, all factors that made go with them.

Extremely quick, I was caught a little by surprise ... They shipped from a location that was about an hour from me. I'm sure that was a big factor. Yup, these are Anthracite. I was very tempted to go with motorsports gold, but I decided to not lighten the car too much and add another color to the mix. These should keep the overall image of the car within the style that I was after.
I love to window shop . . . actually, if I had the financial means I would like to do more actual shopping
Anyway, there are a lot of enthusiasts on this forum who seem to like swapping out shoes on their vehicles . . . I came across the following while doing some window shopping. Great deal for those with interest and the means.

Not an inexpensive set of wheels and tires even at the discount! Interesting that he is moving them along after only 1500 miles? I wonder what the front caliper clearance is like, no close up that I saw.
One of the important reasons I opted for the Apex VS-5RS wheels is the massive PCCB caliper clearance of front.

Not sure, as I really do not follow along on that forum other than the market place . . . seems the owner is dumping all of his mods, as I noticed he also just sold a JCR Race Pipe. The owner indicates the reason for sale is that he is about to take ownership of the GT4 big brother.

EDIT: Also, seems the seller has PCCB and the wheels fit fine
The bottom one is the one I'm going with and can't wait for May-ish!!
Man, I’m glad I didn’t have to make that decision!
Both look fantastic… can’t wait to see the finished seats in your car, please post pics in the interior thread.

Selling car is always a valid reason.
Regarding wheel fit, "fine" means they fit, clearance is another matter with PCCB. One little rock is all it takes to ruin your day.

I am not selling these wheels/tires and not trying to sell them to anyone else. Just looked really nice and for a good price . . . for anyone that has that kind of extra change sitting around.
I know you know that, but just wanted to be clear that I have no ulterior motives behind my comments
That established, looks like the clearance is pretty impressive . . . would take much more than a road pebble to lodge between the brakes and wheels

I understood that, no worries. As for the clearance, that is the rear wheel, never a problem there, it is the front wheel to caliper clearance that can be a real concern.
