My SRS finally got to build process. Can no longer rely on their given dates but July delivery per Porsche estimate.

It is done via My Porsche but you need to add your order with the commission number first.

Mine automatically appeared - both at porsche.com and on the app - for both of my cars. The key is your dealer being able to type your email address in correctly

Got my Vin today! ends in 607, on an unrelated note, any 996 owners in here? been haggling an older lady a few hours north that has one and finally left a deposit today, will collect later in the week! not sure what to do with two manual convertible porches but figure I could always sell it in a few months!

I'm eagerly waiting for monday. My car goes into production that day. It claims it will end production end of May but if my GT4 was anything to go by, chances are it will be done within a few days, and then sit at the port for about 3 weeks waiting for the right ship to get loaded onto.

Same 3 numbers in my VIN...760 Manufacturing process due to start tomorrow I have been a 996 owner for the last 20 years. Will probably sell mine to make garage space when my CGTS arrives...

ooo nice! how have you enjoyed the 996? anything to look out for before I pick up this mk1 cab? I wonder if they would be different enough to warrant owning both or the gts 4.0 will just be better in everyway that I will not use the 996 at all.
