Track Your Dream photos...
I wonder how far back these go, are they archived? Would it be possible to go back and see cars that were built around that time?
My Spyder came through in May of 2020, any chance there are production photo's out there?

So interestingly on 4/13, I received an email from Porsche stating the following:
"Your 718 Cayman GT4 is now ready to embark on a journey from Germany to your dealership, and then to your driveway. By land and by sea, roughly 5,000 miles in total. Don't worry, non of them will hit the odometer."
But then "The manufacturing process is complete" on TYD, got moved from 4/12 to 5/9 and all my other dates changed as well. Really odd.
Has anyone experienced this? In the beginning of the ordering process the SA said not to believe anything on TYD.

I guess a lot of this is dealer driven. Myporsche email notifications are on, but I've only gotten one track your dream email the day the car went into production.
Some dates went late, asked the SA in an email, no response, but ... went into production 9 dates later (was April 3, actual April 12).
I am buying the car at list price, maybe they don't spend extra money in these cases! Guess I can live with that!
I only got "paint, assembly, and on the lift" pics, but ... still very exciting, satisfying.
Mine is a GT4, but also GR and Silver wheels!

Looking at the code behind TYD (Steps: Right-click > Inspect > Network > Preview > USC123456 (where "123456" is the commission number)) I can see the V300 status as in the picture above, anyone knows if it will get to V331 (Entry port Emden) on that screen?

Mine still says V300 in the same exact spot but shows "currentLocation":{"type":"position","ident":"PortEmden".
And out on the "main" TYD page, it shows Step 7 has been completed as of 4/12..."Your Porsche has arrived at the German port."

I see the same for mine, but I think this only drives where the car icon is on the map we see on TYD, not the real location of the car. But hey, I would love to be wrong so that the car can get here sooner.

Oh but mine is still at Step 5 on the main page so I guess the step # would be the best indicator here.

Almost out of here! Car reached the dealership yesterday and picking her up on Friday. 2 1/2 days of wild anticipation. It is killing me! But I will be honest, it's far better than the waiting game of the car entering the Port of San Diego and not hearing anything for 3 weeks.
All in all, departure from Emden to the Port of San Diego then to the dealer and 2 days of PDI is almost going to take about 2 months. This is on top of a 2 month production delay. Allocation for the build was in December, but I got the allocation in September. 8 months of my life spent obsessing over this car. I'd like to think it ends there, but I think it's just the beginning.

My build locked last week. TYD is showing May 15th for build date. GTS 4.0 since no more GT4 allocations are available here (Canada).

Gentian with Chalk interior sounds awesome, and unique
I went with GT Silver, red seat belts to match the brakes but silver stitching (and not red), so if in the future I will want to refresh things up a lil bit, I will be able to paint the calipers and replace the seat belts and get something refreshing

SIEM CICERO has left the dock. And my car got on the boat, saw the TYD update 40m before the boat left. So has gone from late April to mid June to mid May on the TYD delivery estimate
