Actually when I went to take a look at a GT Silver Spyder to be absolutely sure I like it (very unhealthy to do that for every color boys, don't do that) it was with red interior and I don't remember liking it that much, I don't know, I am still toying with the idea, but I probably won't risk it.

SIEM CICERO has left the dock. And my car got on the boat, saw the TYD update 40m before the boat left. So has gone from late April to mid June to mid May on the TYD delivery estimate
I was hoping my car would be on that ship, but I didn't get a TYD update. Hopefully it is just TYD not updating properly for me (which has been the case in the past). My car is headed to Baltimore and has been at the Emden port since the 13th.
My Spyder should be docking today at JAX Port on the Sunshine Ace.
Then it heads to PEC ATL (5 hour drive) after processing and clearing customs.
My contact at PEC ATL told me they aren't expecting the car to arrive there until May 24th which is over a month - which I find hard to believe.
For anyone who's recently done a PEC ATL delivery - can you let me know how long the car took from arriving at JAX Port to arrival at PEC ATL?
The reason I'm asking is that I'm hoping to squeeze into an earlier delivery date with them - right now they have me in the 2nd week in June...

I say go with the standard SPASM too.
I have SPASM on my current 718 S (it was optional) and it's totally fine for daily + track. Not too stiff at all imo for their "sportiest" non GT-car suspension.

Processing can take from 2weeks to a month in some cases. That being said even if the car does get there earlier, you probably won't be able to get an earlier delivery date. They only do 2 deliveries per day and it's very possible that all slots have been filled up until the date you have. It was the same with my car. I did PECLA delivery and the car actually got there early December. I didn't get to pick it up until Mid January.

Yes all slots are taken up from now until mid June - but he said someone might cancel a late May slot in which I'll get their slot if they do.
Was there a new issue/recall, or something caught in factory?
My car is built ... more or less on schedule even though TYD updated poorly. If there's something going on I'd like to know what to watch for. Thanks!

How (past TYD) do you know if your car actually got on boat?
I looked through a lot of this soooo many months ago but now it's getting real; car - if I can trust TYD, is in Emden. I know how to track the boats, but is there some way to know one way or the other when one's car is actually on a given boat?

^I went through the exact same thing - and still do despite my order being locked.
I wanted PTS which was on stop sale, then settled on Gentian after agonizing over Guards or Shark - all on either a Chalk or Cognac interior scheme. In the end I settled on Gentian for its dynamic hues on Chalk to be a bit more unique than the typical dark blue on tan combos that are said and done. Yet my heart sometimes wants for Guards on Cognac/Chalk.
In the end I’m sure I’ll be happy with my choice. Sometimes too many options can be a curse lol.
Ended up going back to Shark actually.
Decided it is riskier to choose a color that doesn't excite me at all (GT).
I went to one of my local dealerships which had a SB in the lot, 12pm, not a single cloud in the sky, color was absolutely amazing, just to make sure.
I couldn't capture what my eyes were seeing with the iPhone camera. I took several photos - went back inside the dealership to look at my photos - and they just didn't look like the reality - at all.
Despite what I originally thought I learned that too much choice isn't great
Hey folks, how long you got the last completion of production photo after 1st 3 photos released? My TYD shows at Stage 6(Released to Transport) but still missing the last completion photo now. My production started on 4/17 and received 3 photos on 4/20. Hope TYD is accurate since I have seen some folks are stuck in the production with some reason.
