I'm off the boat, somewhere in the port of Houston! TYD still says I'm 23 days from delivery, but... that can't be right, can it?
Congrats! The final countdown. It took me a little over 2 weeks from port to dealer but I think it was a bit longer than normal. It took a week for PDI at the port and to be cleared for transportation partly due to landing right between Christmas and New Years when no work gets done and multiple ships offloaded on the same day. It took another week to catch a truck to the dealer.

Mine sat in Port of Baltimore from 12 Aug to Sep 23rd of this year awaiting TPMS sensor. If there is any work to be done, it'll be held, but your SA should see a "Port Handling" status.
Officially out of the waiting room after almost 6 months to the day. First Porsche I have ever owned or driven other than a Macan test drive about 5 years ago. So excited for this experience.

Please tell Moe I said hi. I also ceramic coated my entire car including wheels and I asked him to put a sealant on the convertible top as well. I know it comes already sealed but I wanted just another layer of protection since it's my first convertible and we plan on keeping the car forever.
Well, if you guys change your mind, I'd love to see your car. Maybe take the boat out this weekend since it's a long weekend and come down next weekend. Shark Blue is such a great color! Love your build.

Start to finish in terms of production time? It ranges from 4 days (mine) to a week, more if you do a lot of options or custom CXX options. The only technology I ordered not already included was the keyless entry and base interior with some little touches (head & arm rest crests, white face gauges, fire extinguisher etc)
