I got off the intent long enough for a cars and coffee and ran into a few other Rennlist members. I was there to meet a friend so I only grabbed a few photos, but one of them had to be of @2XIPA ‘s beautiful Chalk Spyder:

It is such a cool chameleon color. In the bright sun it could almost pass as white and in the shade it went gray and then darker clay. So cool. It was nice to meet you in real life as well!

Have any California owners put black/yellow legacy plates on their Chalk GT4s? I scanned the whole thread and didn't see any.

I can't decide between regular CA plates or black/yellow. No other yellow on my car though. Red calipers, silver stitching, stock colored gauges.

People can't see your wheels or calipers coming up from behind. You can see how good black looks against chalk by the photo with black wheels. I would do the vintage California plates on a chalk car 110% and I'd do the vintage plates by at least 100% on any other car for that matter.

Here's the best vintage California plate though

The Spyder has to be the prettiest new P-car for sale. Quasi-exotic in my humble opinion.

I am kind of partial to the Spyder too... the feeling hasn't diminished at all since that first day!

I lived in Oak Bay for a few years and dearly missed it. Relocated in our (cold) capital.

I know Matt, Tyler and Jason well. If things go according to plan, we plan to retire there.

Great guys at PCV, the entire team there are more like friends then business acquaintances! Good luck with the plan to return some day, until then a Dallas Road teaser!

Sharp eyes, yes a wee bit of it hiding out under there, we know that it transforms the sound and this morning we'll find out how it helps on the scales...
