What part of Cali do you live in? Homelessness is a problem in Cali but it's not as bad as you might think it is compared to the population of the state. It's also because Cali is a fair weather state. Now, if you want to see homelessness, believe it or not, go visit Waikiki. I've been there twice in my life. Once in 1999 and in 2019 and even in 1999, I remember saying how bad the homelessness is but when we went in 2019, it has gotten so bad. It's way worse than Cali many times over. They're not in the tourist area of Waikiki but you go a couple of blocks outside of Waikiki and you will see gangs of homeless people taking over parks and basically setting up tent city in public parks. At least we don't have that in Cali at least not that I've seen in San Diego, Los Angeles, nor San Francisco. For the most part in Cali, they live under and around bridges and sewer/water/city drain pipe runoff areas.
I am in LA. If you go to Venice it is ****ing disgusting! Downtown is an absolute mess, these people are not even human. I had this animal with bloodied teeth try and rip my mirror off my Aston whilst I was standing next to the car and he didn’t even give a **** that I was there!
California has 49% of all of the homeless count in USA. It is bad at the moment and getting really much worse!
All these “chalk” cars look gorgeous to me because they all look white! I haven’t seen one photo that looks chalk. I guess I need to see one in person! Then again, when I think back to my school days where the teacher wrote with chalk on the slate blackboard, the chalk was white...hmmm...

Venice is pretty bad. We went there for the first time ever like 5 years ago and I was shocked at how run down the whole place looks. I guess we were more shocked because of how movies and such portray the area but boy is it different IRL.
Homelessness is bad in Cali. Maybe I'm just so immune to it due to living in Cali almost my entire life that I don't pay much attention to it anymore.
Your screen shots looks like this almost turned into a bad situation. I can see why you'd want to leave Cali.

Great comparison of the colours, in certain photographic situations it is very easy to mistake Chalk for White, but not here. I only wish my 3-car garage were that clean (as in organized), it does dual duty as a work shop so nothing like yours!
I see that you have what looks like a Porsche brand charger installed for the Taycan? Was that necessary or are there generic charges available as well, the Porsche one must be at a premium?

Thank you! I have 2 x 3 car garages and the other is not so tidy.... it will be in future though.
The Taycan charger is standard with the car which is the smaller module that sits within the wall mount which was an option that came with the car.
The pricing is on the configurator and from memory it was not crazy in price.
