Can you gt4/spyder guys get (non-standard) deviated stitching with the LWBS? The gts 4.0 configurator seems to only allow deviated stitching with the sofas — forces you to cancel LWBS if non-standard (non-chalk/red) stitching is chosen which is a big bummer. Or maybe I’m doing something wrong.
That Gentian Spyder looks stunning with Aurum wheels, btw.
Thanks for the kind words. Yes it's speed blue stitching, I'll get some more pics posted soon. I have LWB's so I would assume you get deviated stitching on a GTS with LWB as well.

Thanks for confirming the Speed Blue stitching. I looked high and dry for picture samples of Speed Blue and only 1 person was able to provide a sample "picture" that was taken from a video clip in a thread I asked the question in. We were trying to figure out if we wanted to pick Speed Blue knowing that it obviously isn't an exact match of GB, MB, or some of the PTS blues we were considering at the time. At the end of the day, we decided that even though it was in the blue family, we went with silver stitching.
Would love to see your pictures when you get around to it and what your opinion of it now that you have in person on a blue car.

This is great to see. I was thinking about speed blue as well, but wasn't sure how it would look. But that looks great in the pictures you posted so far!
Finally saw my first spyder on the road in LA today. It was a Gentian and it looked incredible. Not sure if owner is on here and was cruising around Brentwood but it looked awesome.
Anyone know if an Igloo Ice Cube 60 qt. cooler will fit in the frunk of a 718 Spyder?
Can anyone provide the actual dimensions of the frunk? I was planning to pick it up this weekend and was planning on shopping afterwords.
Thanks in advance.

Just picked her up. For the vast majority of drivers the gearing and exhaust will serve well.
Despite reading all the helpful information about engine break-in, I asked the SA. He said “just drive it like you stole it. Porsche does not break-in their cars when used for PEC or journalists.”
Initial impressions:
1: As I said before, sounds great. Maybe a little muted for some, but just fine for me. My wife thought the SE was too loud.
2: Handles well, as one would expect but without any jarring. Not a rough ride at all. Should be fairly easy to DD for anyone who wishes.
3: Quite loud inside, as is to be expected with the Spyder top.
4: Acceleration is great but not GT3, neither is the price of admission.
5: classic interiors was appreciated by all. Better than the configuration.
6: Already shows this on the frunk thread; the Rubbermaid cooler just drops right in and fits really well. The SA was amazed and called his manager to show him. Sorry the pics were posted in the reverse order.
7: Silver wheels. Make silver great again!

My GB GT4 arrived 2 weeks ago. Got PPF and ceramic inside and out. Valve delete. Waiting to hear a few exhaust setups in person before deciding. Got 850 miles on it. Love it to bits! Handling to die for and 6 speed is magic. Can’t stop smiling when I’m out. Here’s a pic at the detail shop and another with its stable mates.

Nice stable! Interesting that the gt2 rs has sofas and the GT4 has LWBS.
