Have been lurking for a while, and finally bought my new baby. Love the Gentian Blue. It is absolutely stunning in person. Yet to see pictures that quite do it justice.

My only issue is fingerprints and smudges, anyone have any tips for minimizing that. Or just exercise my OCD and constantly wipe it/wash it?

Fingerprints! "The Curse of Gentian Blue!" LOL! That's an absolutely BEAUTIFUL car! Nicely done. My Gentian Blue Spyder shows every single fingerprint. Perhaps there's some way around that but I sure haven't found it. I just keep a bottle of Adam's Detail Spray and/or a small spritz bottle filled with diluted Optimum NO RINSE WASH & SHINE and a large microfiber cloth handy to clean-up any prints I've left while accessing the frunk or trunk.

Congrats on the new car! Gentian Blue is a beautiful color and smaller coupes/cabs carry it the best. There is a love and hate relationship going on between this color and I simply due to the fact it shows dust and fingerprints really bad. I even keep a spare mf towel in the car for when I put the top up or down as I need to touch the rear deck each time. As suggested by Jim, I also keep a bunch of mf towels and waterless car wash product in my garage to wipe the car down after drives longer than 40 minutes or so. The upkeep really makes me miss silver and white cars lol!

Agree on the fingerprints and dust. IMO this can’t be much different than owning a black car. I haven’t had a black one since I had a 91 Civic 😂 - my first and last experiment with that colour.

My first post...picked up my GT4 last week...loving it.

Not sure on the sticker kit - thinking of having them removed.

Lots of fantastic motors on show!

Congrats Jon!... stickers are a very personal thing. If you're unsure maybe just leave it for a few months.
