Are you sure that there is an O2 after the PF, I have yet to see a picture that supports this, the O2 sensor pair are normally ahead and behind the cat, the PF doesn't have one that I can see.

No o2 sensor post OPF, only the secondary pressure sensor take off, which, isn't present on the non OPF cars.

Yowser.

Curious correct me if I’m wrong but it seems one could use a bypass pipe for the GPF and not trip any codes?

Did that pressure sensor affect the design of your Race Pipe or is included on it?

Has anybody disconnected the vacuum lines already to prevent the valves from closing from roll away to 70 km/h?

Ah, I thought it was secondary o2 but as JCR posted guess it's not o2 but a secondary pressure sensor. Guess it'll be all good then for NA assuming the faux filter is seperate from the headers and cats....

We're releasing OPF delete pipes which will not require any tuning and will not cause any CEL's etc. Simple direct replacement and enjoy the weight saving, sound and power increase.

The pressure sensor is only found on the EU cars with the particulate filters, the pressure sensors are pre and post OPF, our Titanium Valved Race Pipe is a rear silencer replacement so the pressure sensors do not effect in any way.

Yes the filter (without particulate coatings) found in the USDM cars is in the link pipes between the headers and the rear silencer assembly so its a quick and easy replacement. Our Titanium OPF Delete Pipes will be available very soon, including some really nice features

Of course, also compatible with the OEM rear silencer assembly for those who want to keep things a little quieter.

So no power loss despite less back pressure when removing the OPF (sans particulate substrate) with a bypass tube?

Certainly not, we're not in the business of making cars slower

I may be in the minority but actually prefer the deeper, more growly and less raspy, less crackle & poppy sound of the 718 4.0 even with the GPF. Especially inside the car (where it matters) it sounds more GT3-like (even more Mezger-like) than the 3.8. Was never a fan of the fake 981 crackle & pops. Great to hear that the GPF and its usa counterpart could be easily bypassed with no cel or warranty issues.
