Of all the exterior changes on that car the only thing I like is the CF Hood from the GT3 RS....that wing would be OK on a CS but for a street car...not my cup of tea.

I think it’s likely that the wing supports still have some coverings on them and aren’t indicative of their actual design.

They’ll probably look much more like the 718 GT4 CS wing supports, but maybe even more refined.

I was talking to my SA last week, he said he already has a deposit on the GT4 RS here...

Perhaps not a numbered car but I doubt the supply will go on for ever either, I can hear the wine of electric motors testing already!

Of course this car is going to happen. Did you not see the spy photos and all the other evidence in this thread?

I'm curious to see how different the GT4 RS will be from GT4 PDK in terms of performance. It will probably be the same engine with more power, I really doubt they will offer the GT3 engine on this car, even detuned will be unlikely (would put the GT3 sales at risk). On the other hand the production of 991 chassis is done with, so no more GT3 until the 992 version arrives.

The track width will be the same (on the 911, the RS is wider than regular GT3), I wonder if the wheel and tire sizes will be the same? Will it have wider wheels and tires? I don't know how much the handling can be improved over a GT4.

The rear wing will obviously be much bigger and creating more downforce in the rear but most likely the front bumper will remain the same or very similar (seems to have bigger air outlets by the front arches). Maybe add a bigger lip out front to balance the rear downforce increase? The front fenders will most likely have ventilation like GT3 RS, they keep trying to camouflage the front fenders.
