It's already been tested on a 3RS to be the fastest tire available right now. Maybe not 2 seconds on this shorter track but definitely superior to the Cup 2 R.
I am not sure I would use the terms 'definitely superior'... 0.5 sec on a lap or 0.2 km/h is not what I call an overwhelming difference.
The new Pirelli RS is a faster tire than the Cup 2 R. Should be good for 1-2 seconds.

Neither of those top 2 tires is available in GT4RS sizes in the US. Makes it a moot point of which is faster.
36 hours and 450km into GT4RS life and wow I'm impressed. I'd never sat in one before pickup. It's better than what I expected. I've done a mix of motorway, national roads and b roads in the middle of Italy. Breaking her in is hard (for the right foot) and I can't wait for the magic 1500 KM mark. The different sounds it makes from the way you apply throttle pressure is fantastic. In normal suspension mode, it's hard but not as hard as I expected it to be with all the comments in here but I won't be pressing the sports suspension button as it does get a lot bouncier. First time with the buckets and they are perfect. The overall size of the 4RS is a big selling point, before with a 488 you'd have to be so much more careful on the smaller roads.
I love the way even at low speeds it's an experience, it has character. When I would read comments in here saying "it's too loud, etc", or "my ears hurt" I would get excited as this is what I wanted!! My ears don't' hurt btw! Finally, the downshifts coming into a corner are electric!! It'll mainly be road driving but I hope to get it on track later this year.

Let us know your thoughts on the 991.2 GT3 touring vs 4RS once you get some seat time.
Thoughts would be that I want to get back into a 4RS lol.
991.2 touring with 18 ways is like a very good college athlete that can be civilized and go to class but also set some records on game day . The no lift shift is incredible… but the vibe and look of the car is more relaxed and the sound system is quite nice for a GT car and tire noise etc. For one who doesn’t track primarily, great to have!! But for an occasional track day? Also great. The steering is not as darty as I would like it to be but I am coming from a recent 992 GT3 so I can’t quite tell if it’s actually very similar to the 4RS or just the 992 front end…? Maybe Manifold can weigh in on this as he has them both.
So, GT4RS is like the rockstar that needs to get dressed up and look presentable at times at the agents recommendation. It’s a crazy experience all the time. But it can go get some groceries and daily drive to work when needed. It’s just a crazy low speed and high speed experience. On the track at 9K, I thought my 2015 GT3 with side muffler delete sounded great, but OH THE NOISE!
Verdict: I think I’m the guy that likes the drama and wants the overall RS “fizz” as you have said. The front end I can’t quite recall but I think the GT4RS had a very nice steering rack. If I plan to keep the 991.2 touring for a few more months, I would I add a side muffler delete bc the sound is just loud but a definite let down (and also 992 much nicer in the cabin IMO). For me, the faster the car the more I like PDK but the no lift shift has me wanting to enjoy a 6 speed for longer

Correct, but ADM not allowed legally. But oftentimes people are upsold watches and PPF and other prepaid maintenance. Still a much better deal than just paying ADM

In Canada the government gets an AGM on everything over $100,000 CDN. So ‘ALL’ Canadians purchasing a Porsche GT car get to grab their knees. In the US market ‘SOME’ people get to grab their ankles with an ADM.

All I can say is that my dealer in Montreal has never asked or sold over the MSRP any model regardless of its popularity or low production number but don't expect any discount.

Not sure what you are asking... However if you bought a model that is in high demand and thought you could flip it at a higher price and bag the money, I think that when they sell you the car they stipulate in the contract that they (the dealer) have first pick at buying it back for two years.

Didn't think my question was too confusing - What are the GT cars, especially the ones in demand, go for on resale? Are they sold for over MSRP? I would expect that may be one reason the dealer tries to execute a right of first refusal if they can turn around and sell it for more than their original sale at MSRP. There may be no ADM allowed on new car sale, but I would expect that on resale the cars would go for market, which could be over MSRP.
