It doesn't looked blacked out, it is only the angle of the one picture, the side view and front 1/4 view it looks normal.

It need wheels in a different color.......this is a car I would not order the usual black wheels, specially if also having the WP.

Ive decided it's the roof that's throwing me off on the WP. No carbon there while carbon hood and wing.

Yup, because the RS is a mess. The only color that can save it is black, which kinda hides the cartoonish add ons.

Black wheels look good, the painted wing look good but I like the GT2RS style painted hood and will problem take that CXX option unless it's some stupid amount.

That's the shape of the body panel, believe you are seeing the wheel well.
