Based on the pics and porsche logic we an assume the GT4RS will have the following upgrades:

1. Aero package
2. Factory Buckets
3. A little more power from this new power plant (450-460?), but we won't get the GT3 motor they covered why in the youtube video with the GT head.
4. PDK
5. Lighter
6. Non-wide body

Makes me think it will be priced right below the GT3 at around $130k ish. I would say that is a fair price considering the PDK and Buckets will be included.

I don't think the question about overlap from cayman to 911 apply anymore. The 911 Carrera is less than the starting GT4 price.

I'm hoping GT3 motor with cheaper components3. A little more power from this new power plant (450-460?), but we won't get the GT3 motor they covered why in the youtube video with the GT head.

Agree/Easy 4. PDK
Agree/Easy 5. Lighter

That price ceiling will rise once the 992 GT3 debuts, of which will also increase quite a bit! My guess is the 992 GT3 will debut before the GT4RS... to protect those 911 performance numbers.

What does #6 mean? Are you just saying it will retain the standard body of the GT4 versus a custom wide body specific to the GT4 RS?

Yes. It's easy to justify on the GT3RS / GT2RS to just use the Turbo wide body since it already exists. It made sense they wouldn't create something special for such a low production car, the pictures shown above reflect that.

I'm curious about it but still holding on to the 718 GT4 PDK.....I really need to know what improvements it has vs the increase in cost.....another +$30k for improved aero and/or 10hp will not cut it and I don't want PCCBs.
