I've always been way more concerned about real world results than dyno numbers, for a number of reasons. One of which is highlighted in this thread, no-one tends to believe them.
GPS acceleration data with accompanying video is basically impossible to argue against. Some do but it tends to come across a tad desperate

A Dragy run showing the slope and climatic data is the gold standard as far as I'm concerned. Beats running on primitive dynos and using fuzzy math for the crank power any day of the week.

I personally don't, dyno numbers are meaningless on their own. Though JCR have posted the 50 whp over stock dyno on a separate thread already anyway.

Yeah. People think the Boxster/Cayman is "smaller and nimbler" than the 911. It isn't. They're pretty much exactly the same size and it blows people's minds when you show them the actual numbers and point out that the 911 has a shorter wheelbase.
The major difference is that they've turned the drivetrain around. The 911 has the little rear seats with the motor behind them. The Cayman/Boxster has a trunk with the motor in front of it. The size of the motor and transmission is pretty much the same and is shared among various models. Weights are also very similar, for all these same reasons.

Interested in the GT4rs still but dont think I would give up my GT3 for it...... have both

I did not realize this till a month ago; when I was at the track with my friend (running a gt4 with mod: breaks, headers, and tune) vs my stock gt3: for some reason we always thought the GT4 was as you said lighter and more nimble...... having them side by side and noticing how similar dimensions looked; looked up all the stats: near identical size and weight, but the gt3 is pushing more power. There certain parts of COTA he can still push that gt4 to get in and out of corners faster then my gt3 but I think its more that he is a better driver then me and out of the box the gt4 is a little easier to push harder.

This being said, having tracked a 981 GT4, 718 Spyder and 991.2 GT3.....the GT4/Spyders do feel smaller and more nimble. Mid engine. Note the word feel, physically might be the same overall size but they provide different driver feel. Which may also provide more confidence to the driver who is not an expert at all cars. Thus enabling one to be faster in the corners in the GT4/Spyder instead of GT3. Who can't be fast in a straight line?

Between GT4 and GT3, it's the skill of the driver.

WEight would play into the nimble feeling as well. Then throw on some smaller forged wheels, PCCB, exhaust mods and you loose more weight on both cars but the initial differential is still noteworthy.
GT4 platform is just fantastic on track, just needs more power to keep up. Drivers being equal. But that won't happen from the OEM.

Compared to the 991 GT3 Interestingly the wheel base on the GT4 is 1" longer than the GT3 I would have thought it was the other way,
also the GT3 has rear wheel steering and is 3" wider than the GT4
both are super cool cars but the GT3 should be much faster around the track than even the GT4 RS

Yesterday I watched this video and Janko referred to an Spyder RS like it was a sure thing... I haven't read anything about an Spyder RS and doubt that Porsche would put more R&D budget for something that is meant to be a B-Road weapon not a track weapon.
Is there real evidence that an Spyder RS is on the table?
