Default PSD Reservoir Replacement & Flush

Did my reservoir replacement yesterday. Got the new one from Roger. The only difference was that the original had the overflow connection in the body and the new ones have it on the cap. The threads for the cap are the same as the brake reservoir.
The fluid was nasty. In the new reservoir you can't even see the fluid level, because it was so clear.

Completed dyeing and re-installation of rear cabin. The gosh dang stuff looks brand new. A word of caution when re-mounting the rear setbacks, the bolts appear to be made of copper and consequently are very, very soft. Thus, based on the angles involved in re-assembly, the bolts would rather cross thread than go in aligned.

Started on passenger seat removal expecting a 20 minute job and encountered a fully rounded hex bolt. 4 hours later and a trip to Advance Auto the seat is out and preparation will begin tomorrow.

Only downside is now carpet look like crap...it's only money.

Replaced the rear hatch struts, drained the tank and pulled off the fuel filter and fuel pump. Going to pull the fuel screen and then put all new replacement stuff in.

Hood on, PEMS installed, new tune loaded, fired right up, minor fuel leak from new fuel pressure gauge:

Then I figured out that I have a throttle cable to 87 rubber fuel return line bind.

Time for another 'redo'.

I discovered that my map sensor was not working correctly. Thanks to Colin for pointing me in the right direction.
Now I have to retune because it is way to rich.
Got it to idle and drove it to tune it.
Guess ILL see how it goes this time
