Reluctantly Up for sale is my 1997 Black 993 6 speed that currently has 149,995 mi. This 993 is in VG Condition.
This Carrera Sunroof Coupe was Custom Ordered and Built through the Porsche Exclusive Program. Code 09981 is on the Options Sticker and Many Other s. The Car is Rare due to being Highly Factory Optioned with Aerokit # 1b, Limited Slip Differential And Softback Heated Sport Seats to name a few.
This car was Ordered by a Driver and Built For a “Driver.”
Full Service Records Include Invoice for ENGINE REBUILD at Porsche Beverly Hills with Clutch at 42,000…
This car is box stock, unmolested, rust free. She has a Strong Motor that Pulls Hard And Shifts Smooth. Oil consumption is well above Levels of Concern. There are No Oil Leeks. The Car spent most of its Life in California, then semi-retirement in Florida till I took her North for Touring North South & East.
There are a few imperfections as to be expected with these Low Nosed cars But The Car is more than Presentable but It has stone chips with a few touch up paint spots a small ding on the inside of the wheel well and left rear quarter. It Needs to go to a Qualified Detaierl But Shows well overall.
Cold AC No rips no tears no stains. Drivers Bolster shows minor Normal Patina. The Seat is in VG Condition. Passenger is Very Nice and Dash is perfect. No Accidents. Autocheck Score of 97 when I bought her.
I believe in Disclosure and am very Straight Forward and suffers from OCD. The Car has seen a Handful of DE Events. Highway Patrolman are serious about Ticketing Speeders Up Here so the Only legal way to stretch her legs is in the Environment she was Built For Not an Annoying Congested Highway.
This car does not feel like other cars with Mileage at 149,995 Miles. Effectively she has 107,000 or perhaps less as she is well cared for, or more appropriately Pampered. She is ready to run Anywhere.

Nice car but I am confused by the 2 PDF's you attached. Once says blue floor mats, the other says black. And no mention of the LSD on one but does on the other. Photos of the road wear and interior would be very helpful to your cause here.

Yes, Brian the car STICKERs do Not Match the Built car.

The car was Originally a Typical conservative Dealer Order. The Car was Sold to the Original Buyer before it arrived at the Dealership. The buyer or First Owner Changed the Original Order to replicate the Turbo.

Simply, The First Owner, I am Second, Modified the Dealers Order after the Car Left the Factory while Enroute to Beverley Hills, Ca.

The Window Sticker and Options Sticker confirm LSD 220 / 224-ABD etc.

I also have the "DUE BILLS" from Beverley Hills PORSCHE that Confirm All Factory Upgrades were Installed at Beverley Hills Porsche Prior To Delivery.

Additionally I have the Service Records Confirming Delivery at 31 Miles.

After I purchased the car, I spoke to my Local dealer who was able to Re-Confirm the Detailed History mentioned above in writing via emails.

All of the Documents will be given to the Buyer with the Title.

Regarding the Hardbacks were on the Car - these were in Poor Shape! Sold to Opo. They are Pretty but do not Hold you in the Seat.

I installed the Stock (Lack of) Comfort seats - got rid of the Heavy weights and Bought the 95 Softback SPORT Seats with HEAT.
Very Impressed with these! Excellent Support! Comfy !!

i will Remove the Softbacks if Buyer does not want them & Adjust Price!

Yes I am aware the Softbacks were Not an option for 97.

To share some History, the Original hardbacks I sold to Opo in 2012
They needed a Re-Dye as a result of California and Florida sun.

Incidentally, If a Prospective Buyer does not want the Softbacks I will Happily Remove them and Install stock "Comfort" seats and Reduce Price accordingly.

COUPLE OF Drivers SEAT PICS

I Have had the Driver's Seat Looked at by a Pro and he suggested when u want to do something let me know. The seats Need nothing.

The Wear on the Drivers Side Bolster is to be Expected as one has to slide into this seat to enjoy the Support with extra Wide Side Bolsters on the Factory Softback 993 seats - which is far superior to the hardbacks IMHO.

Passenger Seat is well almost Perfect.
Remember THESE ARE 20 YEAR OLD SEATS in VG Condition.

The 4th set of Stock Seats I have had in my car.
Yes I will remove at Buyers Request
