Engine: Original engine spun a bearing in 2012 and has been replaced with a 45,000 mile engine from a 1996 Targa. Bottom end was good but I decided to re-build the heads with RS intake valves, RS cams, RS Ti retainers, ARP hardware etc. Re mapped ecu. Replaced all oil lines, tank and cooler and added extra oil cooler behind front left grill and manual fan override switch.
Transmission: Stock except for LWF & RS Clutch
Suspension: Bilstein HDs re-valved for 600/800 springs, Tarret camber plates and rear monoball mounts, Tarret Toe arms, & droplinks. Rennline solid sub frame mounts. RS rubber front control arm bushings. MO30 front and ROW turbo rear ARB.
Interior: Leather Recaro Pole Position seats with houndstooth insert cover, RS carpet kit, RS door panels, Prototipo wheel and bolt in Auto Power roll bar. Stock CR 210 with CD carrier.
Body: The only paintwork I am aware of is on the left rear quarter. Instructor backing out of a garage at Pocono rubbed up against garage door. As stated, the car has been used primarily for DE over the last 10 years and it shows. It can show well but is a ten footer at best. A few years back I got a quote of +/- $2,000 to spray the nose and clean up some scratches. I had planned on having it done when I stopped track but things change. The windshield was replaced a few years ago and the installer screwed up the seal. Another item I had planned on taking care of but....
I have quite a few spares, starter, freshly rebuilt alternator, cat, heat exchangers, mufflers, a/c, plus most of the original parts, seats, steering wheel and most of the interior panels. Three sets of wheels: The OZs in the pictures are brand new with BF Goodrich R1s (One event), hollow spoke 993 turbo twists with R1s (+/- 4 events) and Speedline Corse ( I think) with like new Sumitomo street tires. Both of which need refinishing.
The reason for selling is I'd like to move on to vintage racing and looking for an early 911. As such, I would consider a trade for the right early 911.

Ehhhhh, most people know the 95's are the best!
The OBD 1 and early build date has its advantages. I'm not seeing the difference in model years. It seems those in proper condition (miles in second) are considered the most valuable.

Recent pricing increases have applied across the board to ALL 993's, the higher the quality, the higher the increase. I bought my C4S in 2010, 50-60K mile WB's were low to mid $40k range. Try to find one with that kinda mileage today under $60K.
The OP's car has some desirable engine work IMHO, paintwork for a car of this age is NOT a deal breaker on anything but a true 10K mile museum piece. My car was a track appliance for the PO, fresh suspension similar to this car, paintwork, dirty carfax too. It has been flawless for the last 4 years, and almost 40K miles I have driven it.
This car is priced well below current market, somebody is gonna get a steal of a deal if the OP honor's his original asking price.
