Default 912 POLO

Year: 1967
Make: Porsche
Model: 912
Mileage (numbers only please): 107000
Color: Bahama Yellow
VIN: 463184
Price (no $ sign please): $135000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (Region): NorthEast
Body Style: Coupe
Transmission Type: Manual - 5 speed
2 or 4 Wheel Drive?: 2 Wheel Drive
Engine Type: Fuel Injection
Stereo System: AM Radio

Currently the only finished 900 series car with this drive train in the world. A 2.4 liter 993 based, titanium valved engine, with 4 50mm throttle bodies and crank fire ignition. Custom gbox trans with TBD, front 3 inch bolt spaced vintage Brembo aluminum brakes with 908 type U shaped brake pad retaining pins, rear calipers have spacers and cross drilled vented rotors at all 4 corners, 4 new koni's, bigger torsion and sway bars, new suspension bushings, very custom interior with my Pompolo Design vintage seat recliners, gauges, Fuchs, x vintage racing baffled oil tank, elephant oil lines, cooler, and it goes on and on. There is 100 pounds less weight than a 6 behind the rear axle on this SWB car. It makes about 180hp to the rear wheels and a ton of torque from 3300rpm on and pulls non stop to 7200 rpm in a sub 2200 pound car. Imagine the power your new cars would make with full engine management and no emissions. And that's without a sport muffler. You get a vintage Porsche experience like no other. It will always be the first of it's kind. A 3 year build.
Listed at Sloans Cars.

A couple things I haven't got to yet. New return springs on the turn signal stock and new felt in the drivers door window. It just didn't rate as important at the time.

Much more info and pictures of the build on my site and links to publications about the car.
My contact information is on the site.

PS- I can give info on the build but all inquiries about buying the car must go through Richard Sloan.

New information added to the listing.
It appears Rennlist is oriented more to the newer cars, but you never know for sure who's out there.

Beautiful example of a vintage P-car. I wish I could find a way to make it work on a car like this right now. It's one of 7 Porsche's I plan to own in my life time.

You will have to talk to Richard Sloan per my contract with them for that information. I can talk to you about the build.

Here are both cars at a car show in Denver a couple years ago.

The engine starting up for the first time.

Great picture at the car show Chris, thanks for including it.

Also really like your photo with the Flatirons in the background.

Good luck with your sale, Bruce Ladd

When you use Rennlist on a mobile phone the information at the top does not appear. Why? Who knows. But if the price is not in the body of the ad, it does not appear.

So clearly is not so clear some times.
