is the jack holder directly attched to the outer skin? Also I was wondering what kind of reinforcing was done under you nitrogen bottle and also the D rings? I Have an older TPD trailer and it looks like they didn't address those spots very well. On an older trailer of mine the area that held the nitrogen tank became quite beat up from the extra weight not being over a frame rail. I haven't looked at my present day trailer but will be addressing it in the next while. I just bought the trailer used for my drag racing Beetle and was trying to retrofit new cabinets (didn't like the fiberglass covered wood stockers) and mount stronger anchors for the D rings and nitrogen bottle. Great looking trailer you got: wish mine was nice and new. thanks

Must correct. Many other ideas to copy as well! Where did you get the door shelf/tool holder?
Congratulations LAR, your trailer is worthy of your car! I want to see a pic with the awning extended (it's a checkered flag design, right?

Gentlemen, please be certain to have the protective cap on the cylinders when they are being transported, or any time they are not in use. Many cylinders contain pressures that are in excess of 2000 pounds per square inch. A broken valve is all it takes for the cylinder to become an unguided missile. I hope the images in this thread are intended to illustrate the use of the cylinders and that the regulator is removed when not in use and the protective cap installed. Even though your cylinder is firmly attached to the trailer, stuff happens. A valve knocked off a gas cylinder WILL cause much damage and possibly personal injury.

Fuel jugs will sit on the floor. The lower rail of e-track is just at the right height to thread a cam strap thru the jug handles. This is how a few of my buddies do it and it works great.
As for tires... we'll, let's just say I've got lots of options. I have provisions for shoring beams spanning across the nose of the car. That will carry 2 full sets of tires. Plan B is to simply stack them in front of the workbench. I've got those e-track singles in that area so that I can use a ratchet strap to secure the stacks. Plan C is my long-term goal of having a 2 shelf, wheeled tire cart made to fit in the same area. Mooty bought one of these, and now that he's used it a few times, I can see the expense is well worth it.

I've been pondering the tire storage thing also.
I currently have two 4 wheel racks mounted on the sides of my trailer - aft of the cabinets and over the hood of the car. While one must stoop to tie the car down, they are otherwise in a perfect position...until Sunday evening when 8 dirty wheels and tires must be hoisted into the trailer and up onto the racks.
The cart would remedy this, of course, but render the front area of the trailer useless until it's dragged out - which requires pulling the car out. I can think of many hours I've spent in the trailer with the car still in it and wouldn't want to loose that option.
