P.s and I still DIG the way Porsche installed the Cayman pointed-edge windows in the Gen 1 Spyder. Love the top line of the window as it rakes back to the cowlings. Such a cool feature and sadly lost on the subsequent Gens when they went for a one-piece more mechanical roof. Such is progress and when you mash that 3.8 in the Gen 2 you're probably not thinking of the windows!

Not a great photo by any stretch but certainly a spectacular drive from Huntington Beach through Long Beach, Palos Verdes peninsula, Redondo and Hermosa beaches, ending in a great lunch on the cliff at Terranea. This car is an absolute thrill and near-perfection in every way.

The exhibit runs through January so any of you visiting Los Angeles between now and then should consider this a must-see (Shaun, this means you!).
Noted Nick !!
This certainly looks like a very reasonable way to spend a couple of hours or so, especially as our hotel is only a few miles away :-)
Had mine out for a quick blast earlier, as the sun finally decided to make an appearance!!
Thought I’d stop for a few pics,

I rarely stop to take a pic so my shots are always parking lots.
