Sport Buckets are the essence and the purpose of the Spyder, no one can tell anyone differently...

I "Rescued" my Spyder with Sport Buckets from Seattle.....

Years from now- Collectors are going to want them with Sport Buckets....

The spyder is an awesome car whether you have sport buckets or sport seats, 6 speed or PDK, white-silver-black-red-blue-pts, etc... I picked up my spyder used, my deal breakers were it had to be white and a manual trans. Now if I ordered it new I would have went with red interior, sport exhaust, leather dash. I found the perfect car used with 700 miles, got it for under $60k. Car now has 1700 miles and I am very happy with it. I drive it more than my 2011 BMW 1M.

ok, the 1M is faster than the spyder due to the twin turbo and the torque. The spyder is more raw than the 1M, tighter steering, stiffer clutch. I drive the spyder more than the 1M, especially now that the weather is cooler and it is not the rainy season in florida, so the top is always down. I can say the top is easy to use and is water tight in the rainy season. I bought the 1M so my 4 year old can ride in the back seat, plus I wanted something that was rare (only 720 in the USA). I bought the spyder because I love the looks and also is rare. And being a previous boxster owner I know how great these cars are.

That is my 1988 BMW e30 M3 in Henna Red, one year only color. You can really see how the 1M used the e30 M3 as its inspiration.

Very astute. They're Porsche Design wheels factory-painted black.

yes, dealer GM ordered this car this way. I could pass it up with under 800 miles for less than $60k and 3 years of warranty left!!

yes, such a classic and important car. Light restoration on a 94k mile 1st year M3. New paint and leather on front seats. Its a keeper.
