By the way, mine would be the same, but with BT, UAI, and without AC. I may spring for the Alcantara door panels.
Allocations were sent out Friday.

I just got back from Circle in LB. I got my order in and I got an Apr allocation, the Mar one was taken. He said the order guide will be out next week because it's a 2011. He's contacting the rep for the side stripe delete and ask if I can get black brake calipers, when I get the codes I will post them. So far my paperwork says: 987720 Boxster Spyder and I also added the Sport shifter for $765 code: XCZ and Model Delete designation is $0 code: 498

Thanks for the info. Very happy to see the Sport Shifter is an option...it isn't on the website configurator (at least it wasn't last time I looked). Congrats...now the wait begins!

Thanks for the great pics, they were a big help before placing my order. I was wondering about the top and a few other angles, I couldn't find anywhere.

No problem... I have a couple questions for you though about options available. I can't do my order spec until Saturday... I'm in San Francisco until then. I do have the first allocated car at my dealership though (March build).
1. Does Porsche offer a thicker steering wheel other than the one in the Alcantara package? If so how much is it?
2. Do they offer the Sport Chrono package without the radio? The online configurator forces you to add a radio if you add the SCP.
Thanks in advance.

Wow, from the show pix, I could easily believe that top costs more than the power roof. Think of the engineering involved to make it work! Right down to getting it to fit into the trunk.

Would be great to read a review on how it drives compared to a standard Boxster S. Can't wait to see it in the flesh.

I'm waiting for confirmation, but I can't find anything indicating that paint to sample or deviating carpet are options.

Is there an order guide out? Specifically curious about a stripe delete option.

Thanks in advance...
