The metal connection you have where the pipe inserts looks identical to my car. The rubber gasket fits into that like a big grommet the tube slides into that. Held on by a hose clamp over the metal tube where the slots are on it.

Order #7 and you should be good. Just use a little silicone paste to make it go together nice.

Rennline one fit fine. Why? I dunno period correct? :-) I'm not a big carbon fiber fan....

Ok gotcha! Period correct sounds about right. I was thinking the carbon would stick out like a sore thumb as it will be the only carbon piece in the bay. You happen to have the part number for the RS piece? Thanks in advance.

^^^ Thanks for the P/N I didn't have it, got the pipe and new fan shroud off a RL member here a couple months ago. Just got around to installing it.

Despite rumors to the contrary it did not blow up. That said motor and trans have like 5k miles on them since rebuild. Car runs strong!
