Did Porsche mail you the brochure directly or was it available at your local dealer?

I asked my dealer to mail it to me.

Thanks for those photos. Cool booklets!

BTW, Jack, what are the posters of the R like that you got? Can you post photos please?

With all due respect to Eduardo's tremendous contributions regarding the PTS process, I think we expend far too much bandwidth on the topic when we should be focused on the real issue, which is Porsche's limited color palette for GT cars.

McLaren offers 18 colors for the 675. Lamborghini offers 19 colors for their lowest priced car. Ferrari offers 26 colors for the 488GTB. These are all before getting into their respective custom, née PTS, paint processes.

As others have pointed out, with GT cars heading past the $200k MSRP threshold it opens up a wider range of choices for buyers. I would humbly submit that it's time for Porsche to step up it's game on color choices.

Now about the concept of one size seat fitting everyone......

Totally agree!

It's not ok to offer 4 standard colors in the year of 2016.........

They need to mix more color in that state of the art paint shop.

I didn't get a poster. I know some of the applicants were sent a poster -- maybe all of them? Maybe just a group of finalists or alternates? I don't know -- but not me.

Here's one I grabbed from a guy's video about getting sent one:

I'm sure you won't find one Pcar owner that doesn't agree with this.

Hmm, me?

Among my 10 Porsches, there had only been 4 colours. 2 blues, 1 lava orange, 5 black and 2 whites, and that includes the GT4 Club Sport that's only comes in white and I planned to wrap it black.

So what you're saying is that you're okay with Porsche only allowing you to choose from 4 colours?

I'd be ok with only 4 colors if they did away with PTS altogether. My issue is that some people get pts and some people get no chance at pts

I agree with 4 colours, assuming all can get a chance at pts.

I find it funny that people get approved for PTS and everyone orders the same 2 colors (blue or green)...how about Aubergine, Signal Yellow, Tangerine, non-met slate gray, etc ??
