Default Anyone in Canada looking for a FordGT?
My dealership has a Red one with very low miles incoming and I reeeeeeeeeally would like to be the one to sell it! It would be in the $235k range..

So if you know anyone PLEASE pass em on to me!

I don't think the dollar is going to be you're friend on this one. Nearly new ones are priced as low as $162, 000 USD which is...$162,000 CAD...even with the 6.1% duty, it's a better deal to go stateside. Good luck with the sale though!

Is there even duty? I don't think there would be on a Ford GT.

YOU GUYS AREN'T HELPING!!!!

Seriously, I'm not the one who sets the price.

It's also pretty much as new, which means not much more than delivery kms. Most of the ones in the states for $180,000usd already have miles in the thousands on them.

But if you know anyone who wants one without the hassle of trying to find one, point them my way!

No duty on a Ford GT imported from the US but the bumpers will have to be changed to CDN spec.

ya, with the bumper replacement costing $50,000 it makes no sense to import one from the usa...

Thanks Jason & Chris. Yes, this is a Canadian car with the Canadian "safety enhancements" already installed from the factory.

It can't be imported. I can find multiple examples at list or slightly less. The market in Van must be WAY different.
