I think the fact that so many of us do know each other in real life and perhaps even consider other members as friends makes the online interactions much more cordial. When Rideau called me out - I immediatly thought of how it might impact one of the many folks I met and liked on the day.
While I probably would have done the same thing in a more "virtual" community - I had a real and tangible sense of regret at the thought of offending someone I actually knew.
And desite a bit of bent metal, I think it's important to remember how much darn fun lapping days are.
Here's looking forward to the next one.

Car show downtown Huntsville on Saturday. Sweet white 997 TT, owner was promoting performance exhausts. Anyone here?
Also two amphi cars in the show, later they were playing in the water ... pics attached. Second one in contrast to a ski boat going by.

got pulled over by this bad boy today... Tail Light out? NO DUMB *** ITS A REAR FOG LIGHT!!!
It was driven by two Female Officers... very hot ones... i wanted them to IMPOUND me but my GF was with me
i dont really knwo if it was just a joke... something felt fishy about the pull over...

spotted a Purplish 996 MK1 on the QEW around Oakville... Slammed on some BBS's? with Yellow Calipers... Looks good, we cruised together for a bit, then i got cut off by a mini-van...
