im dead fing serious Mahnoney. My lawyer said he is famous when it come to these tickets when i visited him about the ticket in November... Just called and emailed my lawyer the article, he said he read it this morning, and he was goign to call me about it...

Wow, what luck Zook. Get your lawyer to call the hotline ASAP. Looks like you will get off the ticket, get your impound fees back and a free tire to boot.

If you were falsely accused, you can request the crown return your fees, but I am sure that is the least of your concerns. What I would like to know is how and why this cop was doing that. Was he catching people not doing 50 over and then impunding them for the fun of it? Did you think you weren't doing 50 over? You don't need to answer that question in writing by the way...lol and incriminate yourself. I was just curious if you were surprised when you got impounded.

Either way, this cop is no longer a credible witness to the crime and he is the only witness so case dismissed.

guy gets his car towed .. gets 2 brand new tires put on .. free.. and now looks like he will get off and get his tow and impound money back .. could only happen to zookie ...

I dont think he caught me doing 50 over... I was a little uprized, i have my Speed Limit set at 145 and it pings and bongs when i go over that, and then i usuualy let off...

I think he is no longer credible and that should help my case

Zook it is a slam dunk .. I am sure yours is one of the cases being reviewed . You Lawyer should get you off easy . in fact I would be very surprised if you didn't get a letter withdrawing the charges because this guy has been shown to be not credible.

This GT3 pulled into a roundabout in Paris when we were doing the touristy bus tour. He was caught at the light, then nailed it when the light changed and fishtailed his way out and down the street.
