Nice!

That track is 40 mins from the house and I get there 1-2x/year. Need to double that!

That does look like a handfull to drive. Why the 7,800 shifts? I thought it would be higher?? Leh's recent interview in the December Pano was great.

would love to know Leh's thoughts on the little car, especially for somebody accustomed to a GT3R!

Probably like driving a spec miata for him!

Looks like he's either trying to feel the car or the car is just not 'right'. It looks really stiff/bouncy not supple...

His feedback on GT4: needs more power.

They ARE really stiff/bouncy with very little compliance. Hopefully new Trophy setup fixes the handling.

Agreed.

+1 to that. Almost appears to be either over sprung or under damped that way it pogos around so much.

Welcome to the Clubsport world. Let's see what the new shock/spring package does...

I believe cars are known to be oversprung for the tire PCA requires to be run. Understanding is there's a softer spring package coming for 2017. Also, we don't know condition of tires or temps.

I'm more struck by Leh's use of track limits - he leaves nothing on the table.

Well, I was going to say that the car WAS designed (and the original shock/spring package selected) for the Michelins. Pirelli came in, assisted PCA Club Racing with sponsorship and they were made the spec tire. There was a spring change allowed starting Road Atlanta last year, but no, I don't think all the components work well together. At least as of the end of last year.

A Big handful. They need to make changes like they did in Europe

They have, for this year. Still, different tires... Required by the rules.

Thats what i thought when i watched the video. but also, i think Leh likes to drive this way. Kind of a style he has. always dancing at and over the edge.
as far as Leh's use of the car at the limits.. anyone notice shift points, always in the HP band, even around tighter turns? Its one of the ways he keeps the car at it's limit.
