Is it a certainty that it will rain? 20 minutes until pre-race show. Can't wait

I can't wait either, im all set to watch. I woke up hours before in anticipation +1 for rain, and Vettel not winning would be great also. I hope webber can get off the line clean, He needs a win. Shemacker is rain god

no pre-race show here

weather is calling for rain but recall what happened here a few years ago.....seemed like everyone crashed including Schumi

hope Webber does well but Button should secure 2nd.

the mid field is where much of the action should take place.

I suspect MS changed to a wet setup after Q1. He was 1.5 secs off the pace in Q2. He ran 1 lap in Q3 to test setup with hard compound if he were to need it during the race. If it rains, look I for him to be near the front of the pack. Maybe he gets a podium.

"Manufactured" problem with Vettel's gearbox to get Webber the win? You decide.

I'll remind that he easily kept Button +8sec at bay for the rest of the race following "serious" gearbox problem materializing and set personal best lap three laps from the end. Just sayin'....

webbo wins..........seb limps home with no tranny oil pressure.........button 3rd passing FA in the last laps closing in on Vettel.

Alonso then looses 3rd place in the championship!!!

Sutil and diResta finish 6th and 8th gaining 12 pts over Renault.....close but not quite enough to pass in constructors.

I do not think so. Vettel always wants to win and he is scary good. Good on Webber. Button again showed again that he is underratted. Alonso again showed he is overrated.

nice win for Webber, i just had a feeling. Ferreri needs to step it up bigtime. Button and hamilton seem to have been doing well all year long just behind vettels spotlight good for them and too bad about hamiltons gearbox. sad to see the season over. now we have two months to wait for 24h of daytona

Webber drove well all weekend and yes I am a Red Bull fan ...

but yeah that sure looked like a gifted win to the Aussie.

Also it looked like Ferrari tried to use Massa in the opening stint to slow down the Red Bulls keeping Massa out there much longer than everyone else to help their preferred racer. But Red Bull was just too fast. So any ground Alonso made on the Red Bulls after the first set of pit stops was short lived.

new conspiracy saying the Red Bull gbox issues that 'allowed' Webbo to win also infected Hammys car only providing selection of one gear, neutral.

Massa was then viewed celebrating by spinning his car in circles at the end of the race........Alonso has yet to make comment.

Lewis, now that the season is officially over, would you like to have a drink with me? I won the bottle of Patron bet over A. Wayne on both fronts -- More wins by Vettel over Alonso and more points over Alonso from the mid-season mark to now.

I'm sure A. Wayne is a man of his word and put his bottle in escrow with you and it's very secure. Please feel free to have a drink as a commission. I'll be in touch to arrange the collection very shortly.

"Dreamer. Silly little dreamer."

He thinks you welched on a bet last year. You can kiss the dream of having a drink on AW goodbye.
