Wow, huge run on the start. Nicely driven, and smokin' lap time. You need some more competition - that looked too easy!

What speeds does a Spec Box see at Cali Speedway?

See that you're using TraqMate. Is that ChaseCam video, linked? If so, what is the camera- better quality video than I'm getting. TIA

Nicely done. You were able to dive deeper into the braking zones. What pads are you running?

Thanks. I was already full throttle when the video starts and just dragging the brake. Was able to get a bit of a run with good timing and hiding in the back.

I saw a few flashes of 137 on the digital speedo over the weekend in the banking, mostly when getting a tow from someone. Usually hit about 135 when you're out by yourself.

Traqmate and I have a love/hate relationship. It wasn't working most of the weekend. Seemed to be struggling for GPS signals and it would not reset at start finish. It's coming out of the car and I have a motec ADL dash going in before next event.

I'm using the Contour GPS+ camera. Haven't figured out how to sync the two together yet for overlays.

Yeah, I was picking up a lot of time on the brakes. I always make sure to get everything really warm on the out lap, I think moreso than the others. Never like getting caught out with cold equipment.

I'm using Pagid black, RS 14 pads in front and rear on some slotted ATE premium one discs. I think the competition, including the last car i passed, is using a mix of yellow and oranges on solid discs on his car. I was also using Hoosier R6 and he was on Kumho V710's. We have the open choice of using either.

Eric, congrats, you make it look too easy.
Hopefully I will make it out to the next event with the new car.

Thanks.
Can't wait to see the new ride! There was an RSR out this past weekend that would have been fun to run with.

I'm ready to move on from BSR. Got a 3.2L Boxster S motor on the stand getting ready for next year.

My 136k mile 2.5L motor will go up for sale at the end of the season. It is "CA stock" at 174rwhp. Actaully down 10-15hp to some of those other cars.

Uh oh. Looks like GT3 will be getting even tougher next year (not that it's not tough enough already). ....

Going to make a stop at GT4 first. I don't need to fight for contingency tires with my own customers haha. And I kind of want to try and run at the front of the Orange group.

Trying to aim for 230rwhp and stay at my BSR weight of 2650 with some yoko slicks for 11.51 hp to wt ratio. Basically a stock motor with some torque monster headers. Looking for a 6 speed Boxster S or Cayman S box if you know of any available.
