Unfortunately with my loss of our bet I'll soon be contributing to his depleted stock. The good news is I would have gladly given him two bottles to see Alonso lose today. In fact, I've never felt quite this good about losing a bet..

Perhaps this all came down to simple sloppy organizational skills. Maybe Luca lost the Rennault radio frequency and the team could not contact Petrov to ask him to slow down and allow Alonso to pass?
