My friends and I like Kimi too ...

The man is getting paid $20 million a year to NOT race in F1 and is instead driving a rally car (and getting paid for that too)... and partying it up the entire time. Rough life.

P.S. I cast my vote for Vettel ... and a kablamo for Alonso

Read it again Raj. Even Wayne knew that I was talking about the Brazilian officials.

Do not lump me with the haters on either side. My official stance on Alonso? I admire his talent as a racer; from what I have seen and heard, I do not like him as a person.

Yeah, I do, but in his case more off the track than on. I abhor his blatant on-track maneuvers, and he was a great enough driver to not need to resort to that kind of crap. I'm surprised that no-one ever punched him.

Heavy rain expected in qualifying and sunny dry race day. Can this be the perfect scenario for Fernando? Will rain challenge the RB's pace?

there is a lot of posturing going on right about now. Everyone knows that Red Bull likes Vettel better than Webber, but they would be dumb not to implement team orders in favor of Webber. He is the only one IMHO that has a chance at the WDC. Vettel is a full race point distance behind with only 2 races to go (25 pts back with only a maximum 50 possible). Absolutely no shot at the title unless FA has a DNF.

FA doesn't have to press at this point. Podiums are just fine and that is where he shines. He nursed 2 point leads to a WDC in 2005 and 2006. He knows what to do at this point of the season. Nice and steady. We just need the team to do their part on pit lane and they should as they have been stellar in all facets of his pit stops and have definitely helps push FA up the finishing order.

FA's 2006 WDC came after Schumacher's engine expired towards the end of the race at Suzuka.

Ironic that his 2010 WDC might also have come from another engine failure towards the end of a race, this time

Funny how things work out sometimes.

there has got to be poetic justice somewhere in this world... this guy can't keep up this kind of luck forever can he? What are the chances of MS engine blowing up with 16 laps to go and leading the race and points? What are the chances of Webber spinning out on his own and then Vettel's engine blowing up?

What are the chances that he uses stolen documents and doesn't lose his points? What are the chances that his teammate is ordered into a wall and he doesn't get penalized for reaping the rewards -- even afterwards where everyone knew the race was fixed and the win was not taken away?

Dude made a deal with the devil...

What is Varsha talking about? 2600 ft. above sea level gets rid of understeer? Then says maybe it induces understeer? Good thing one of his broadcast partners told him it probably doesn't do anything to change understeer.

That was a great shot of all the drivers congratulating Hulkenberg during the weigh-in.

Wow congrats to Hulkenberg for his first career pole. We all have our favorites with our partisan cheerleading here, but who would have thought the other Nico could have pulled the rabbit out of the hat in Brazil. For someone who made it to F1 on driver talent and not through having a rather large bank account, my hat goes off to the young German. Now if I can get back to my partisan cheerleading, I hope the other young German (Vettel) as well as Webber pass Nico soon into tomorrow's race and hope Hulkenberg stays in 3rd place to keep the ever so hated Mrs Alonso away from the podium. When I was younger I used to be a big Ferrari fan, but I hate them now.

It's called puberty. Some of us go through it, learn and mature. Others become tifosi.
Just kidding guys, don't get all excited!!!

Great run for Hulkenberg. I'd love to see what he could do in a good car. I'm still pulling for Webber.
