Default Short Sleeves For PCA DE?

For years we have insisted on long sleeves at our DE events. Warmer temps make me think that we'd all be more comfortable in short sleeves. I'm about to order new instructor shorts and wonder if short sleeves are common in PCA. I see nothing in the National rules which rules them out. How about other regions of PCA, short or long?

Best,

Short sleeves and short pants down here in Florida with PCA and Chin. PBOC requires long pants but short sleeve shirts are fine.

There is no valid reason to mandate long sleeves IMO.

We go to short sleeves on really hot days, but at least for the moment its a CI call on the day. No 'official' temperature. We've even had a few really gnarly days when we'vew allowed shorts!!

At Road Atlanta and Barber events, the PCA goes to short sleeves in the HOT summer.

Best,
You guys have, what, like 2 events that you don't use snow tires? Isn't it dark for 24 hours during the summer anyway?

True, our region is the only place where you can get R compound snow tires Last event May 24-25 the temp was in the low 90's. Global warming I guess. I am pretty ticked, I had new Dunlop racing snows mounted

I've driven at Tremblant with Bob when its 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Those are the days when RSR is handing out chilled bottles of water to drivers coming off track.
Short sleeves would be a wise safety move, Bob.

MNY goes short sleeves at CI's discretion. Don't think it helps much, but also don't know how much pretection cotton sleeves offer. I feel naked in the car without sleeves

Best,
Bob, over here on the wet coast short sleeves are acceptable with long sleeves (natural fabric) being recommended.

Cheers,
