Default 2010 F1 "Dream Team"

Simple question.

If you owned a Formula 1 team and had unlimited resources which two drivers would you select for your Dream team?

Please make the folowing assumptions;

- You are selecting for the 2010 season
- You can get any two drivers you want (current contracts mean nothing)
- You are selecting for the same reasons that a real team selects. i.e. you want drivers who
- Can win the WDC
- Will help win the Constructors Title
- Will help you develop the car
- Will represent you and the team (and the sponsors) in an honorable fashion
- Will be good team players
Who do you choose?

This is way to easy, the best team by far is VR and Kibort!
We'll tune one car for more torque and the other for more HP.

I went with Vettel and Sutil. I would really like to see what Sutil is capable of in the right car.

Massa & Schumacher aren't on the list?

I chose Hamilton & Vettel, why?:

I chose Hamilton as I feel he's one of the best drivers in the field right now (for consistency, raw talent and ability to develop the car).

I would also have chosen Alonso for the same reasons as Hamilton. However, I can't choose Hamilton + Alonso, as we know where that would take us... And while I feel Alonso is a better driver than Hamilton, I feel that I'm just asking for trouble by having him on my team.

Given that, Massa would be my third choice, however he's not on the list. Granted he's injured, and I while I expect to see him at round #1 next year, I doubt he'll be 100% from the start. However, I know he still has good talent, and has proven to be a good team player.

Schumacher would've been my fourth choice, but again, not on the list. He too is injured, and while I don't expect him to by my WDC driver, his vast experience would be very beneficial to any team. He'd make the ideal "third" driver, but that role's essentially meaningless in this scenario.

Given that, my #2 driver will have to be my 5th choice - Vettel. He's got talent, but hasn't proven himself capable of developing a car (he hasn't proven himself incapable, just no solid history there), and also has a habit of being inconsistent. He's good for winning the odd race, but has shown this year that he needs to "age" a bit before he'll be a championship contender.
