Lets limit the vehicles with torque/weight ratio, instead of power/weight ratio.
One gets a 08 RSR engine and the other gets a 08 Cup S engine. They both got same max torque.

Oh, ye of INCREDIBLY little faith.

When GerbilRaper made this challenge to me, the wager was related to using the same car and comparing (IIRC) the average of each of our fastest 3 lap times. Of course I accepted....and of course he never showed up and hasn't been heard from since.

Viking, thanks.

I suspect the logistics and/or costs of this venture might prove its undoing. Finding a track neither in-DUH-vidual has driven might prove daunting w/o major travel costs to some remote backwater.

The larger picture, however, is that I suspect I would "win" no matter where it was held.

Perfect solution...., No Problem Raceway - VR admitted he's never been here in another thread just days ago and I know Mark hasn't.

There are usually SPEC Miatas available for rent.

We have a "lapping day" that precedes the season finale Grand Bayou Road Race Series and a separate PCA DE both within the next month.

Transponders in both cars, tower timing on....and I'm sure I can persuade anyone else who'll be on track to give both guys 3/4 of a lap of free space to pop in their bests.

How about the new High Plains Raceway here in Colorado? Its impossible that either have driven it, is relatively convienient to both individuals, and there are cars available locally, and there is a PCA DE there April 25-26. This could all be done in a a weekend for the cost of an airline ticket, a few bucks entry and some race fuel.
