I spoke with one of the "T"rouble-makers and tons of fun by all, although he may run out of rubber. I suggested they go to lollipops for tricks and treats seeing that it is holloween.

My differential didn't like all the time in 5th (top) gear and gave it up today. I'm living vicariously through my student now... I guess it'll be back to the C4S for the Suncoast event in a couple of weeks.

Dan:
Having a ball took me some time to come to terms with the banking but am getting more comfortable. The approach to turn 1 is a little hairy at around 170, hard to keep throttle on floor through tri-oval but ya gotta. Just rained a little so hope it passes.
See ya soon.

Hey Dan, learning a new track is always fantastic, but this was on a different level!

Great event, it went very well.

Best lap was 207.3 did 4-5 2:07's chasing Erik around, I stayed with him and have video to prove it ;-) Can I say I almost pissed myself on a public form? Dry mouth and shacky hands from pure fear the first couple a sessions.

Top speed was +/-160, I will check on the Tracmate what it was, very awesome weird disorienting feeling, gusty winds, bumpy, the front end felt like I was going to take off..

Bad place to be a late braker coming aff the Nascar track at 160+, but I figured it out, I even found that push that everyone talks about on the infield ;-)

A shame today was very rainy so I took off after the second session and did not go out today.

The approach to turn 1 is a little hairy at around 170, hard to keep throttle on floor through tri-oval but ya gotta.
You think??!!, I could not help short shifting a little...

I can't remember exactly, but I might have gone tricker treanin' in the hotel door to door, after seriously depleting the Grey Goose inventory at the Winghouse!

Dan,

I am sorry you could not be here, PBOC did a great job and for the most part the event went off without a hitch. It was pretty cool to see JC France not only kicked out of his own track but to do so escorted by security was a testament to PBOC and their standards to put on the safest event possible.

Wow. Was he the one who did the burnout through the middle of the cars and support people during staging yesterday? That was really stupid.

Bryan, what was the diff you were recommending to me? I made it home in one piece but the diff was red hot the whole way.

So that's who it was. Total dick head move just because he didn't agree with his grid position. I've seen him race. I highly doubt he was going to win anyway.

I hope that doesn't affect the chances of returning next year!

Looks like we are loosing two of our Super Solo guys to the dark side. Will be fun watching them at Winter Fest.

Whoa I hadn't heard about that! Can't wait to hear more.
Yeah sorry I couldn't make it too but sounds like a "good job" boys for a fun and safe event.

Jim Blanton makes some of the best diffs for BMW's, I need to stop by mechanic today and I think he is a dealer, I will get a price for a 3.43 and a 3.73 for you.
