2:07 is okay maybe, but if I left a couple of seconds on the track beacuse I have not driven the track enough and this was the 3rd event in this car and I should find a couple more seconds with this one on the tracks that I do know.

The traqmate does not lie, it really makes you faster. I need to start braking earlier and be smoother for sure..

Fastest time for me this weekend was a 2:07.8....not too bad for a 3.4 liter 996. After that session, I had car problems all weekend and could barely break into the 2:10s. Bummer but still a fun weekend.

My Traqmate says I was consistently able to turn 2:04's on Saturday with a fast lap of 2:03.5.
Bummed we didn't get any clear track on Sunday. I just wasn't comfortable running that car in the wet on Hoosiers.

Yes, your gearing is a big weapon on other tracks, but not so much at Daytona..

I always love to drive in the rain, but with these speeds and not so much time on the car yet, I skipped the rain and loaded up..

Looking forward to going to Winterfest cruising around in Super Solo and then having a beer and watching you guys race. Will be a blast!

Yes signed up for both Winterfest and 48 Hours. Too bad these guys are late to get a PCA Race License. This is always a very scary race with cup cars running from 2.09s to 2.35s makes for interesting racing but much better watching and that is what I will be doing this year again with a beer.
Look forward to sharing a beer while we spectate!
Picking up a M3 Convertable with DCT at the BMW Performance Center Thursday. Looking forward to the drive back. Just doing my part for the economy!

I only have this crappy pic of my car. That was a lot of fun. All of us running together in the banking was something I will remember for a looong time!

My special edition cart was not running so well. I could not break a 8:09 in it no matter whom I drafted. Tom kept passing me in turn 1 anyway which was throwing off my mojo so I just cut through the infield and I still could not beat him to turn 4! I ran with the windshield folded down and that helped some. Shuster is taking away my 100 series numbers for the black beauty. Apparently it could not "keep up" with everyone else...whatever!

Here's a crappy quality video of me chasing down Lindsey. (My ChaseCam shook itself loose)

My car has a close ratio gear box and tops out at 155mph - which happens pretty quick. You can watch me wave "bye-bye" to Tom (yellow turbo) and Lindsey (silver 997 GT3) as they check out on me on their way to 175+ top speed.

Terry
Great lap time especially considering the lack of top end and thanks for not bumping the shiny orange RS

2:01?!?!?! Damn! Who was pedaling that car around at 2:01? Much respect for that lap time! 2:03.5 was my fast lap, with a bunch of 2:04's.
Tell us some more about that Mustang!

Nice video I like the directors cut at 45-degrees sort-of compensates for the banking. I would be willing to sponsor T up to $5.00USD to have him grid with the cups at 48, might return him to our orbit

Cheers and nice job
