I just got back from my week in Montana/Wyoming... what a great escape from the August heat - here's a picture of my daughter and I standing on top of the world at Beartooth Pass... elevation: 11K. Wind chill must have been around 20.



So I went to the "mountain top", got a good dose of nature, escaped "civilization", broke bread with Crow indians, hiked many trails, rafted white water, etc., and all I can say is...

LET'S GO BURN SOME FOSSIL FUEL!!

Great! Just not the first run of the day... My tires are good after 2 laps, but that whole brain/foot/hand thing takes a whole session to engage.
