If that were the case, they definitely wouldn't be midget size...

Define "beat".

Seriously, a well-driven 944 NA in lightened race trim is always fun to play with.
Yes, a 944NA is a blast. I am rebuilding my old PCA stock class racer, which I loved btw) into a NASA GTS2 (and then GTS3 if possible without throwing huge $$$). I will be bringing out to a few DE's for some test & tune, I am sure we can see how your M3 matches against a 23 yr old 944 and have some fun at the same time.
I am leaving the motor relatively stock but I am going for the lightweight version. The car already has a rollcage in it although just an Autopower bolt in, unsure about suspension yet. It currently has adjustable Koni Sport and I might just leave those to see how well I can do with them then upgrade as needed dependent on the times I am running.
Anyway, it should be a fun toy to keep me occupied for a little while.

465 rwhp stock save for exhaust. Driver is Andi Baritchi, but he was still 3 seconds slower than the other Z06 than ran that day...

Am I supposed to recognize the name?

Car has way more than that HP. I have ridden in stock Z06's that have had MUCH better lines that have not accelerated that fast on the straights there. And a stock Z06 is FAST...

I think Andi has some AI records, and some bike records too.

Here is the dossier http://www.andibaritchi.com/main.html . He knows Chuck Norris too
