Hey, wait a minute................I resemble that remark!!

In my case, though, I am listening and learning and progressing. I don't want to hurt my instructor, my DD, or anyone esle out there.

I want to push it a little and learn the limits. I am far from out driving the car.

This is a totally unfair generalization. I think these days a lot of the new students at DE's get into it much like I did. They go out and buy a hot car because they can, want to, and probably are a bit mid-life crazy. After owning for a while, they decide they should take it to the track. They start out in a fast car not because they assume they are good enough to drive it, but because they wanted to have a fast car to drive around in, and later take it to the track. It's really unfair to peg all the noobs with hot cars into one category.

You are right Mike...that is the dumbest of many dumb remarks recently made! Sounds like Dr. Pain is being harassed by new folks in powerful cars. No wonder he wants to move on!

I'm,... I'm just crushed....

Used myself as an example, but only to make the point. Now of course my point is totally invalid if they are droving a Corvette.
