Default Performance and modification opinion poll

Okay here is the deal and what I am looking for some help with. I have a persuasive speech to be made for a college course, and it is essentially my final exam due Monday. It is basically like a sales pitch for a product; and my products are modified and custom designed fiberglass/composite Porsche performance products, which are obviously aimed at improving the look and performance.......

So, the question is, if a true performance gain can be showed, and the price is reasonable, would you, the Porsche community buy and install such modifications on your cars if they were made available for your cars.

It is a hypothetical question, I'm not trying to sell anything; I just need supporting evidence that my "sales pitch" is aimed at a buying market.

Hopefully I can get upwards of 50 votes by Sunday for an appropriate opinion poll which supports my pitch....and yeah I guess I am quite confident a majority would vote yes on this poll

Thank you for your time and cheers!

The poll title addresses interior or performance mods ("Would you purchase an interior modification or performance modification for your car?"), while the body of your post makes no mention of interior mods versus performance mods but, instead, asks "if a true performance gain can be showed, and the price is reasonable, would you, the Porsche community buy and install such modifications on your cars if they were made available for your cars."

To address the question in the body of the post, the answer, of course, is yes.

yes -- almost everyone that frequents this list probably has bought something meeting your criteria and will buy something like that in the future.

Look at the questions on here frequently posed here.

did you mean to say, "internal" modification?
yes, any performance modification that was proven to work would have a market with me.

You mean that there is actually something else that I can do to my car?

you need to know your audience a little better. What does a performance improvement and reasonable price have to do with anything. If it's expensive and shiny we'll buy it.

The reason why I included interior into the poll question is because my presentation includes interior modifications aswell. I wanted the poll question to encompass pretty much any modification to the car, whether it be the interior, exterior or mechanical components.

I probably should have mentioned that in my body, sorry.

The poll is going well so far, thank you all and please keep voting

You should run this poll on some of the "new car" forums like the 997, 987 and 997 GT3. I'll bet that you get a different ratio, as that's where the car polishers reside.

Of course! And I'd say interior mod (such as bucket seats) definitely can be a performance mod too.
