Hmmm, the hard copy of Pano has the mileage as 10,000. Is the website different?

I emailed the seller as soon as I got my Pano. His response was "Sorry, the car is sold."

There is either something wrong with the car or he didn't now the value of it. $40k is at least $15k to low, even for something in rougher shape.

I did the same thing. Seems the seller may have been more than a bit out touch with current values. To be off by this wide a margin is a little hard to figure.

Mark, you're right, 10K miles... my mistake.

The ad said he had tracked the car for the last 5 years... you'd think somebody that hangs out at the track (even occasionally) would have a better idea of it's value...

I had a feeling many of you guys also noticed the ad... It was tough to miss.

With wet cup prices looking so good, what is holding up the 964 Cup prices? Most of these cars have some pretty serious track time on them.

(yeah, I know 200 made)

Never having droven one, I have heard that they are just spectacular cars. The essence of what made Porsche so unbeatable in racing.

The 964 Cup is a cost effective car to run and has an incredible performance/fun value. It is basically a stripped street car with only some specific race parts which makes it easy to maintain. Consider these guys are doing 2:05.0 at Watkins Glen.

The USA Cups are commanding even more since there are only 25 of them and they can be registered on the road here in the US where the Euro Cups are almost impossible.

For these reasons, the values of the cars are remaining steady at $65 or so for a Euro Cup and $70 for a USA cup.

BTW,
I know the guy that just sold this car, great guy and the car was very nice! Light DE only, from what I recall. I wish I would 've seen this sooner! What a deal!
