NEWS FLASH
Sources located in the Mooresville Industrial Park have reported a red Unidentified Flaming Object. Object was traveling at a high rate of speed suggesting it has high horsepower, possibly over 1000hp. Further investigation discovered excessive use of creative language caused object to disappear from the area. Area residents were surprised by this display. One resident who we will call Benny said, "That was the dangdest thang I ever dun seen. "
Brian you da man!

Besides, there are a lot more 356 owners to gang up on me.
You can be the leader of the Sub 100 HP area. But I wouldn't pick up any name badges just yet.. May not need any..
Better yet, you could start your own 'HP deprived' support group.
"Hi, my name is Kurt... and I'm lacking in the 'horsepower' department."
See ya later...

For those of you driving up from the south using I-85 north
When you get north of Charlotte, near exit 49 on I-85N, you are going to run into a traffic standstill that will last for almost 11 miles. At exit 60 there is construction that narrows I-85 to one lane, and intermittently - NO LANES.
Just FYI - this will probably add an hour to your trip.
I live right near where this exit and this morning it took me 45 minutes to go 7 miles, at approximately 10:30am, so if you are coming through during rush hour- pack a bag lunch 'cause you are gonna be hangin out a while...
This ONLY affects north bound I-85 traffic.

Thanks for the head up Brian, I am driving up from Atlanta today. Any tips on getting around this or will it be better to just sit through it? Thanks.

The only thing you could try would be to get off on Harris Blvd - Exit 45 - exit to the right, go 2 or 3 stoplights, and turn left on Hwy 29 N. But You'd still come out on I-85 before getting to the construction, so I don't really see a way around it, unless you know the local roads to take.
Therefore, just suck it up and stayon I-85.

OK, thanks - I'll just stay on 85. I'm towing a tire trailer so probably not a good idea to go wheeling around parts unknown, getting lost, etc.
Looking forward to seeing your 2,000 HP 930 . . .

I gotta admit.... I was a rolling chicane for you and a Cup car in the 2nd session today. Two passes all weekend isn't bad.

APKhaos:
Thanks again for all of your help on Friday trying to help me investigate the extent of my engine damage.
I certainly appreciate the assistance.
And thanks to Justin, Eric, Jim, and anyone else who helped me push my car around so that we could get it loaded on the trailer. I owe you all one!
Tony, if you can get me the email address of the gentleman to provided the rocker arm I'd like to get it. Or any contact info you have for him would be helpful.

I didn't like it, but then again I only did 6 laps or so on it. The Full Course still rules in my opinion.
THEREFORE, keep the November NNJR event on the FULL course please...
Thanks,
Brian
