Default Who's going to VIR 4/1, 2 & 3?

Who's going? My son Dan and I will be there. They are going to run the full course AND the grand course (4.2 miles around ). Should be lots of fun.

Lets set up Rennlist ghetto, or at least arrange to meet for dinner one night.
It should be a great event! I'll have a student, but should get time to cruise the paddock. Look for #11 in the Red run group.

I'm in. I did two events here last year with First Settlers Region. Can't wait to get back.

Zone 2 PCA is putting on the event.

I'll be there. I think I'd rather run the Full Course though...

I toured the Grand Course with the track manager last November. It is very very tight - I don't think that you could have a passing zone in that part of the track . . . at least not in instructed groups. I will not be able to attend this event but I really would like to hear what people think about the course.

I'll be there.... next to Brian's new 500 HP Rocket Sled.

While the expanded track looks cool, it will take some getting used to after running the "old" configuration so many times.

I wish I could go to VIR two weekends in a row, but can't miss that much work (will be there w/ Mazda the weekend prior).

For those of you going here is an on-board of the Grand Course from a two-wheelers point of view:

The Patriot course is tacked on to the Full Course to create the Grand Course East. Patriot is more like a motorcycle track, although it was being rented and run by a number of car clubs last season. The bikers love it, although even they say that it is really busy!

I believe Zone 2 have rented GCE for Friday ONLY - Sat & Sun will be Full Course, which is a good thing. Like Brian, the Full Course is my favorite.

BTW, I'm looking forward to seeing the EFI rocket ship, Brian. My TrackVision patner decided to MFI his 911 T rather than do the EFI conversion on his 930. Less a choice of project than I choice of project order, I suspect.
