All the regions in the Souteast do. Carolinas, Peachstate, Alabama, Coastal Empire.
Just because you instruct doesn’t mean you k ow anything about a car. Though to be fair the “at track tech” usually is to check the lug nuts and make sure the battery is mounted tight with covers on the posts.

Not “all”. I’ve been at plenty of events with Southeast regions (south of mason dixon) that do not require instructors to physically go through tech. Tech form, yes, tech line, not that I recall.
